Adventure is a unique word; it can be used in different contexts as a noun, a verb, and an adjective. This corner of the internet exists to help people experience adventure in all of its forms.

Seeking adventure is for everyone—not just daredevils, thrill-seekers, or people with endless time and money to traverse the globe. If you run on the anxious side but still crave joy, curiosity, connection, and the kind of safe risks that help you feel more alive, you’re in the right place.

I’ve lived in New England for over 20 years, nearly my whole life. It’s a region rich with mountains, lakes, ocean views, charming towns, and quietly vibrant cities. There’s almost always something meaningful waiting just beyond your front door, if you know where (and how) to look. Here, you’ll find reflections, trail and travel guides rooted in New England (and sometimes beyond), and stories that encourage everyday adventure—for those who want to explore gently and intentionally.

I’m a human actively working on managing anxiety, stepping outside my comfort zone, and embracing micro-adventures and presence in everyday life. I invite you to join me on this journey. Let’s virtually lace up our hiking boots, slow down a little, and go for a walk together.

XOXO
